Hostal de Granados is located in the most convenient area of Buenos Aires. Many tourist attractions are within walking distance. San Telmo, the colonial neighborhood of Buenos Aires, is known for its flea market (2 blocks away), squares and parks (parque Lezama 5 blocks away, ecological reserve 6 blocks), Museum of Modern Art (5 blocks), old cafes. At night, the tango scene takes place in the surroundings.

GETTING HERE: Bus 86 takes you from Ezeiza International Airport. It stops right in front of Hostal de Granados. It takes about 1 hour and 1/2 and costs less than 0.50 US dollars.

You can walk to visit Evita's balcony and Plaza de Mayo (6 blocks), see the old city hall and cathedral; Corrientes avenue with lots of theatre and entertainment offerings (15 min walk), la Boca and Caminito street; Puerto Madero, a recycled dock area with nice restaurants and bars (3 blocks); Recoleta, another night spot with parks and cultural center (Recoleta's Memorial Park is also known for its beauty).

Public transportation is fully available in the area and both buses and subway will connect you to other parts of the city and the airports.
